At Gür Sweets, we create small batches of baked goods from scratch each day. Because we have a small kitchen, we make only our flavors of the day. When ordering for pickup or delivery, please choose from among the day’s available flavors.

Custom orders cannot be canceled. With 24 hours notice, however, all other advance orders may be canceled for a 50 percent refund.

Because our cupcakes and cakes are all natural, they’re preservative free. Serve them at room temperature on the date of purchase to enjoy them at peak freshness. To retain their moistness, avoid placing your purchase in the refrigerator.

If you plan to keep your sweet treats for more than two days, freeze them—either in an airtight container or in their bakery box, wrapped in plastic. They’ll keep frozen for up to a week. Before serving, allow them to defrost two to three hours at room temperature.

Absolutely not! We use only top-quality ingredients—Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, imported Belgian chocolate, Spanish saffron, Indian cardamom, fresh local milk, and sweet cream butter. All Gur Sweets products are baked from scratch daily by hand in small batches. They are also hand-frosted and decorated.

Although we offer vegan versions of our cupcakes and cakes, Gür Sweets products are routinely made with premium dairy. Unless specified, our cupcakes do not contain whole nuts, but they are made with flour, dairy, and sugar. Some also contain peanut and walnut pieces. Gür Sweets’ ethnic desserts contain whole nuts.

All of our baked goods are made from scratch in the same small bakery from eggs, milk, butter, cream, and flour. Though nuts are not an ingredient in every recipe, trace amounts may be found in any of our desserts. If you have nut allergies, we recommend that you refrain from eating our products.

The short answer? No. Our chefs routinely use eggs, butter, cream, and flour in all of our baked goods. We do, however, take custom orders. If you have a dietary restriction, we’ll happily work around it in order to create a delicious dessert you can eat.
